Dr. Femida Gwadry-Sridhar
Dr. Gwadry-Sridhar is the founder and chief executive officer of Pulse Infoframe. Dr. Gwadry-Sridhar is a pharmacist, epidemiologist and methodologist with over 25 years of experience in clinical trials, health analytics, clinical disease outcomes, and registries.
Roger Witteveen
Roger has over 25 years of experience in finance and technology building and leading high performing global teams and projects. He held senior executive positions at BlackBerry with global responsibility for finance operations leading projects to structure global operations work.

Marc Mason
Marc, a research and development leader, brings 30 years of experience in data operations, analytics, epidemiology, biostatistics, engineering and clinical computational platforms. Marc has held academic faculty clinical and research positions, and leadership positions with government health institutions and private life science organizations.
Michael Barrow
Mike brings over 35 years of technology executive experience. Previously, Mike was the CTO for QuantiaMD, VP of Engineering at Soliloquy Learning, and co-founder of the Mesa Group, a software product development company, which was acquired by Microsoft. Subsequently he served as a Software Development Manager for Microsoft Exchange.

Jean is a Principal at JF Campbell Consultants, a company whose mission to offer the non-profit health community and the for profit pharmaceutical and biotech industries, a wide range of services to enhance their mission and vision to better serve their constituents. With 17 years of experience working within the rare disease community to increase their visibility on the national and international healthcare scene coupled with advising the for-profit sector on the best way to interact with this community, JF Campbell Consultants has the knowledge, expertise and understanding to make significant connections that will improve the quality of life for this underserved population.
Laurence Woollard
Laurence is the founder and director of On The Pulse: an independent, strategic consultancy providing specialist insight to UK and global healthcare providers and multi-agencies on the development and rollout of patient activation campaigns in haemophilia and rare diseases. Laurence has extensive patient advocacy experience, having advised on and implemented a broad scope of community awareness, research and educational initiatives for commercial partners and third-sector organisations.
Mark Dant
Mark is the Board Chair of the DC based EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, a science-based advocacy organization dedicated to accelerating biotech innovations for rare disease treatments through science-driven public policy. Mark is also the founder and Executive Director of the Ryan Foundation. Mark’s family’s journey has been documented on CBS 60 Minutes, CNN, Biography Magazine, Readers Digest in 13 languages around the world, Golf Digest, and numerous news outlets globally.
Dr. Neena Nizar
Dr. Neena Nizar serves as Founder and Executive Director of the Jansen’s Foundation. Nizar is a TEDx speaker, a blogger, and a disability and inclusion advocate. Dr. Nizar is also a rare disease patient herself and a mother to two boys with Jansen’s Disease, and advocates for the authentic engagement of patient and caregiver voices in the drug development process for rare diseases
Dr. Stacey J. Feuer
Dr. Feuer has a passion for working with individuals living with chronic medical illness as a clinical health psychologist, healthcare consultant, and speaker. Through her work, she helps patients live healthier, more resilient lives while coping with medical difficulties. She has experience with a wide range of medical diagnoses, and specializes in individuals living with the unique challenges of rare, ultra-rare, and/or genetic diseases. Dr. Feuer believes that health is more than just the sum of our physical ailments, and aims to help clients develop and increase an overall sense of well-being in their daily lives.

Dr. Gerry Cox
A renowned clinical geneticist at Boston Children’s Hospital and founder of Gerald Cox Rare Care Consulting, LLC. Cox served as the Vice President of Clinical Development for Rare Diseases at Genzyme (now Sanofi), overseeing the clinical development of enzyme replacement and substrate reduction therapies for lysosomal storage disorders. He also held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Editas Medicine.
Michael B. Nichol, PhD
Professor Emeritus of Public Policy at the University of Southern California, renowned for his consultancy work with prominent organizations such as Amgen, Glaxo SmithKline, Pfizer, and Novartis. Dr. Nichol’s has published extensively on topics such as cost-effectiveness of pharmaceutical interventions, health care cost and resource utilization, medication and therapeutic persistency, and health utility measurement.
Dr. Ruben Giorgino,
Founder and managing director of Triallism GmbH, with over three decades of clinical research experience, including extensive tenure in the development pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Giorgino has held roles at Azafaros B.V., Helsinn Group and Actelion.
Sheela Upadhyaya
A distinguished life sciences consultant specializing in rare diseases, notable for her leadership in critical initiatives for NHS England, led the UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Highly Specialized Technology program which evaluates medicines and technologies for rare and ultra-rare conditions. She brings over 25 years of experience working in healthcare research, infrastructure, and market access strategy.
Dr. Ali Hairi
VP of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at LG Chem Life Sciences & Chief Medical Officer at Eloxx Pharmaceuticals. Dr Hariri has also served as the Global Project Head for Sanofi and spent time in clinical development at Takeda and Ionis while being a practicing nephrologist.

Kathleen Coolidge
Kathleen worked in the biotech industry for the last 20 years managing relationships within the rare disease patient community while working at Sanofi Genzyme. Prior to that, she worked as a licensed clinical social worker in pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center. Her deep commitment to patients, rare diseases, and supporting the patient community while also trying to bring innovation and new technology remains a priority. Working in Patient Advocacy at Pulse is a perfect match supporting those two priorities.
Marilou Walach
Marilou began her career over 25 years ago as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in a diverse hospital setting. She has gained a certification in genetics and is a certified Quality Auditor. Prior to joining Pulse, Marilou has worked in healthcare, academics, pharma and NHP industries. She has experience with FDA, Health Canada, and other regulatory bodies.
Nickey Revard
Nickey is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience within the Salesforce.com ecosystem, making an impact in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. Holding certifications as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Associate, and Professional Scrum Master, she blends strong planning and execution discipline, coupled with a flexible and adaptive approach. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Epidemiology at Columbia University and actively contributes to the community as a Board Member of the Columbia Club of Atlanta, while also dedicating time to volunteering for organizations that support elders and children.
Dylan McCarthy
Dylan has 5 years of experience maintaining quality systems. Prior to joining Pulse, he worked in quality manufacturing for the pharma and natural health product industries where he was responsible for regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. He has hosted audits from regulatory bodies such as Health Canada and the CFIA. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Windsor.

Joshua’s expertise is in building relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse groups of stakeholders, with a specific focus on supporting underrepresented populations and advancing the development of treatments for underserved diseases.
Daniel Lewi
Dan’s varied background in rare disease advocacy began when he and his wife founded the Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation in the UK, after their daughter Amélie was diagnosed with Tay-Sachs. Dan has over ten years of experience in medtech and advocacy, and he has also served as Chairman of the European Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff Charity Consortium since 2012. Dan is fully aware of the patient voice, and he consistently puts patients and their needs at the forefront of clinical discussion.
Dr. Muhammad Rakibuz-Zaman
Dr. Rakibuz-Zaman is a medical graduate (Dhaka, Bangladesh) and epidemiologist (MSc in Epidemiology from the University of Western Ontario) with over 20 years of progressive experience working in clinical research, longitudinal cohort studies, public health and bio-specimen research (laboratory setting).
Dr. Leah Young
Dr. Young has over 20 years experience in oncology research in the areas of pathology, DNA damage responses, medical genetics, epigenetics, and precision medicine, and over 8 years experience in oncology clinical trials. Leah’s therapeutic areas of expertise include lung cancer, HNPCC, skin cancer, lymphoma, and pediatric oncology (leukemia, solid, CNS).
Alice Lin
Alice is a process-driven Product Manager with over 10 years of experience across diverse industries, specializing in health tech over the past four years. She is passionate about building healthcare tools that deliver more informed and effective treatment. Before joining Pulse, she led a team of engineers and designers in creating patient-centered products to support medication adherence and navigate barriers to care. Alice has obtained her BA from the University of Maryland.
Juliet Hulse
With over 20 years in clinical research, Juliet has established herself as a leading expert in developing patient centered clinical research strategies for global clients. Juliet’s journey began with a strong foundation in cardiology research, eventually specializing in neurology, particularly multiple sclerosis. Her tenure at Illingworth Research since 2011, culminating in her role as Executive Director, saw her spearheading innovative decentralized research nurse strategies and patient advocacy on a global scale, ensuring a focus on enhancing patient recruitment and retention. Her belief in ensuring the patient is central within the trial design process has been pivotal in executing successful research studies.
Ryan Sheedy
Ryan graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. He has had prior marketing experience for creative agencies and consulting companies and was also a teaching assistant during his final year of undergrad.
Katie Crosby
Katie is a certified genetic counselor with over 10 years of experience in clinical care and research for rare diseases. She began her career in the Rare Disease Institute at Children’s National Hospital where she supported patients through diagnosis and long-term care as well as managed multiple clinical trials, natural history studies, and patient registries. Prior to joining Pulse, Katie worked in the pharmaceutical industry planning a clinical trial for an ultra-rare disease.
Ginger Hanson
With over 15 years of expertise in SaaS implementations, Ginger is a leader in implementing impactful and innovative solutions, particularly in healthtech. She skillfully promotes transparent communication within organizations and with clients, ensuring seamless project execution. Ginger holds a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Education, and is pursuing an MBA at Boston University, slated for completion in 2024.

Jordan Hadas
Jordan is a product and technology leader who has built and managed Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer teams from 0 to 1 at multiple companies across a variety of industries. For the past 8 years, his focus has been in healthtech. As the VP of Product at Cota, an oncology analytics company, he changed the way real world cancer data was stored, captured, and reported against. At Scene Health, a medication adherence company, he changed the way chronic diseases were tracked, annotated, and expressed for patients and health plans. He has his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, and his MBA from Quantic.
Beth Locke
Beth is a Graduate of Computer Science, Bioinformatics at the University of Western Ontario. During graduate work, she was a University Instructor in software engineering, computer organization and architecture, and algorithms.
Logan Sovereign
Logan graduated from the Computer Programmer Analyst program at Fanshawe College. He has full stack industry experience developing websites and desktop applications. Logan is also a firefighter with his local volunteer fire department.
Yunus Amer
Yunus is a Software Engineer with nearly 5 years of experience developing software for the medical industry. He graduated from Western University with a Specialization in Computer Science. Yunus has also enjoyed leading teams as a project manager, and he possesses strong technical skills across the entire software development life cycle. His expertise ranges from the early stages of requirements gathering, system architecture, and UX/UI design to product launch and post-release support/maintenance.

Ray is equipped with over 5 years of experience in data analysis and data management. Ray has honed his skills in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. His expertise encompasses advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and the development of intuitive data visualization tools. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles that have allowed him to contribute significantly to research projects and optimize data quality and compliance. Erica graduated with an advanced diploma in Computer Programming Analyst at Fanshawe College along with a Bachelor of Arts. She worked as a database analyst for 5 years in the financial field before she developed a strong passion for software engineering.
Thien Tran
Thien is a software developer and recently graduated with an advanced diploma in the Computer Programmer Analysis program at Fanshawe College. He has been working in the software development field for more than 5 years. In addition, he has hands-on experience in designing and developing website projects.
Siva Kavali
Siva is Graduated in Computer Science and Engineering at JNTUH University(India) and Diploma in Mobile Application Development from Lambton College (Toronto). He is a QA Engineer with over 10+ years of experience in Software application Testing and Methodologies. Experienced in writing Testcases, Automating software web applications and manage/supervise QA teams in IT industry.
