This platform has created an engaging, efficient, and sustainable data ecosystem that drives conclusions based in real-world evidence, faster clinical trial recruitment, and medical breakthroughs that improve the quality of patient lives.
Expertise in Study Design & Research

Pulse infoframe brings a keen understanding of how to design a registry, as well as the clinical metrics to generate the real-world evidence for accelerating research across all healthcare segments from life sciences organizations to provider groups and payers.

We are research focused, adept at establishing and maintaining the multi-stakeholder collaboration that propels research forward. Our methodology centers around structured interviews and, where possible, the creation of selected focus groups to more easily quantify output. Our process commences with:

  • Discovery: Conducted by our global professional services team, our experts bring a wealth of domain experience and insights to optimize your registry design. They will work with your strategic team to understand, define, and prioritize your clinical, protocol, data and regulatory requirements to accelerate research and improve the quality of care for patients.
  • Planning and Design: Driven by your requirements and use cases, our solutions team will develop a solution design that is sustainable and will scale based on your evolving clinical, business and strategic objectives.
  • Delivery: Once the solution design is complete, our team will configure, ready, and deliver the target solution quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge Translation & Analytics: After deployment, our team will provide the expertise and experience to facilitate and support publication approvals by the Scientific Advisory Board. Pulse Infoframe will assist the Study Research Groups with data collection, and statistical analysis, where required.

Another circle along the outside reads 'Iterate' four times. This is intended to show the four bullet points in the section above and how they are continually improved upon.
Dynamic Technology Platform

healthieTM is a patient registry and health visualization solution. This platform can be described as a collaborative ecosystem that enables the gathering and sharing of information with many partners. Our healthie ecosystem can assist patient advocacy, clinicians, patients and researcher partners increase operational efficiencies by providing insights into complex data that is analyzed and rendered into an easy-to-understand visual display. The intuitive web interface supports real-time data capture, which simplifies the workflow for building patient, natural history, and clinical registries. The platform supports:

  • Multiple registries/databases in a multi-sponsor, multi-site, single platform environment. This stremalines the curation, mapping, and establishment of common data standards
  • A variety of healthcare data sources, including electronic health records, claims data, PROMs, and PREMS
  • The latest global data mapping standards, including from the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP), to facilitate ongoing real-world evidence research and analytics.
  • Access to real-time data and real-world evidence to help accelerate research and bring new treatments, medications, and medical devices to market faster

Collaborative Approach to Knowledge Translation and Insights

At Pulse Infoframe, we believe that understanding the endpoints of interest to our customers is a key element to building successful registries. To that end, every deployment of healthieTM is configured to capture the relevant information to support our customer's data requirements.

Our visualizations and analytics tools deliver real-time insights. We use the OMOP Common Data Model and its rich ontologies to deliver consistent, quality information, which our predictive and analytical models use to derive actionable insights into new therapies, clinical protocols, business strategies, and real world evidence.

In addition, our team of expert scientists and epidemiologists are available to support and assist the study research groups with publications, data collection, and statistical analysis, where required, for the following purposes:

  • Peer-reviewed or book-length publication
  • Proposal to an external research funding agency
  • Oral and/or poster presentations at a scientific meeting or conference
  • Invited public lectures or addresses
  • Research-informed commentaries and/or reports of research results published in print media, such as newspapers and industry journals/magazines; and/or communication of research results through broadcast media
  • Communication of research results through other than print media (e.g., performance, exhibit, film, USB/CD/DVD)

What Is healthieTM?

Pulse Infoframe's healthieTM patient registry solution delivers real world data and evidence for accelerating science, research and medical advancement. The platform is GDPR and HIPAA-compliant and captures the patient journey, from diagnosis and lab tests to treatments and outcomes.

Our technology platform is a unified, cost-effective, multi-tenant system designed to promote global collaboration across organizations and communities. Our patent-pending technology and models for data taxonomies, vocabularies, and ontologies accelerate the delivery of new outcomes, registries, and clinical data hub offerings.

Our healthieTM platform and modules are designed to maximize workflow and serve as a single system that can be used to promote patient engagement and build patient reported outcomes and registries. The modules can be combined to create a platform best suited for your initiatives.

A graphic which shows the four types of modules that healthie can have. Any of the four can be combined into a registry that suits your needs. Module 1: Contact Database. Patients are invited to join, and their contact informtion is localized in one place. The next three modules are disease registries. Module 2: Patient Registry and Portal. This module is patient-facing, docusign verified, and can collect patient reported outcome measures. Module 3: Natural History Registry. This captures the patient journey, characterizes the disease, and can contain data from both patients and clinicians. Module 4: Clinical or Disease Registry. This faces the clinicians, contains a detailed data dictonary, and is considered a deep registry.
